The staff at Rountree Moore Nissan want to ensure that your visit is always at a higher standard. Part of how we do that is by keeping you informed every step along the way by answering any and all of your questions. Below, you’ll find a few of the most common ones. If you have a question not listed below, please contact our dealership at any time. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Q: Why is test-driving a car or SUV important?

A: Although our showroom of new Nissan cars may look appealing, only a test drive can help you determine whether you would prefer a new Altima or a new Frontier. A test drive helps you decide what feels more comfortable behind the wheel and allows you to check out several special features as well.

Q: What is the difference between used and certified pre-owned?

A: If you want more options (and wish to save some money), buying a used or certified pre-owned car is a great way to get a quality vehicle for much less than buying new. Plus, each of our used vehicles comes with the Morgan Used Lifetime Warranty for added value and protection.

Q: How important is car maintenance?

A: Regular maintenance ensures that your car runs smoothly – and safely – for longer periods of time. Our Nissan service center recommends scheduling regular maintenance appointments to keep your vehicle in prime condition.

Q: How do I know when I need an oil change?

A: Our service technicians recommend that you change the oil in your Nissan vehicle every three months (or every 3,000 – 50,00 miles) to keep all of your engine’s many parts thoroughly lubricated. Our service center also provides several amenities to help you stay productive while we service your Nissan vehicle.

Q: How do I find out what my trade-in is worth?

A: When you visit our dealership, our financing team can answer any questions about the value of your current vehicle. If you need a preliminary estimate, you can use our online Value Your Trade tool or even get pre-qualified online with no social security number required.

Q: Can I buy a car with no credit?

A: Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit, Rountree Moore Nissan has several financing options to accommodate all of our customers’ circumstances.

Q: Are you open on Sunday?

A: The Service and Parts departments are closed on Sunday. However, our sales department is open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.

Q: Why should I choose your dealership?

A: With our pressure-free environment, drivers from Florida, and beyond are encouraged to take advantage of services that benefit them best. We know car-ownership can be a large undertaking, so we’re here to offer advice and help with all things Nissan. Explore what our dealership has to offer and contact us with any questions that you have. We look forward to hearing from you.

Q: How do I estimate monthly car payments?

A: Before you stop in at Rountree Moore Nissan, getting an understanding of how much you want to pay monthly on a vehicle is a good idea. Use this car payment calculator to adjust APR, down payment options and more.

Q: How to apply for a car loan?

A: Fill out a Rountree Moore Nissan finance application from the comfort of your own home by applying for Nissan financing online. Or fill out the paperwork with the help of the friendly team at Rountree Moore Nissan.

Q: Can I get approved for an auto loan before I visit?

A: Absolutely! As mentioned before, you’ll have the opportunity to take care of some of the paperwork before you even stop in. You’ll need to provide information like your address and income, in addition to info on the new Nissan SUV or used Nissan car you have interest in.

Q: How does GAP insurance work?

A: More than just peace of mind, GAP Insurance works to cover the amount you owe on your vehicle that may exceed the vehicle’s actual cash value in the event of an accident. We make the lease return process simple and straightforward for your convenience. Prior to turning in your lease, you’ll want to schedule an inspection at the Rountree Moore Nissan service center. Q: What are Nissan Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles?

A: Take all of the things that make a Nissan a great new vehicle – the style, the performance and the features. Add in the confidence of a thorough inspection, a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report and a 7-year/100,000-mile limited warranty. The result is a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, one of the best pre-owned values in the marketplace. Check out our Nissan Certified Pre-Owned benefits page to learn more.

Q: Do leases need a down payment?

A: Most leases do require an amount due at signing (technically, not a down payment), and that is usually a specific amount that’s tied into the total lease price, i.e. what you would pay over the course of a three-year lease. We often offer great specials on leased vehicles including $0 due at signing options. Shop our new Nissan inventory or stop in today to learn about our current offers!

Q: How do I check the status of my vehicle delivery?

A: One of our sales experts will coordinate with the delivery driver to ensure a smooth drop off. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us online, over the phone or in person.
