This is the second vehicle I bought from Rountree-Moore Nissan in the past two years. The staff were very professional and answered all my questions. With the exception of a push to sell an extended warranty, all went well, and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Jayden was the saleslady who worked with me and deserves recognition for a job well done.
I was not happy with how the experience started. They came out with a bogus offer for my Chevy Equinox. And iffer thay no bank would even consider. It was only after I told them what the Chevy dealership offered me that they wanted to negotiate the price of my car. I also caught them in more than one bold faced lie that even my son caught. Service was good. Moses was great. The bait and switch pricing was xx but all in all. I didn’t hate it. Car was pretty dirty inside, I expected that to be better.

Have had a bad experience with different things at this dealership. Was told we could get lower insurance with using one of their brokers. Insurance policy is being canceled because he was not an authorized agent for progressive Insurance.

I recently worked with Roundtree on a trade. The deal went well after explaining where I needed price and payment to be they were able to make it work. I felt they really went to bat for me to get my business. They mentioned they could get a vehicle from any Morgan group auto. Being a single woman shopping for a vehicle I felt totally taken advantage of from the extremely high PPP that I didn't get anything for as far as telling them I did not need a tag I already had one and they gave me a new tag the whole ordeal

This was the worst, most stressful consumer purchasing experience I have ever had - even though we paid cash. This was very surprising considering the reviews posted online. I was disappointed in the dealership because I feel like they're PPP fee was way too much. Also they were supposed to detail the vehicle they didn't even wash it. Anthony was very nice. I did appreciate the free gas. Also the fact that I said I did not need a new tag that I already had went to transfer and they gave me a new tag.

Great dealership; I visited several but Rountree Moore was a cut above the rest. They were eager to help me find that vehicle that met my needs -- and then offered a deal that was hard to refuse! The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and enjoyed showing off the bells and whistles. Too often nowadays people speak past one another; I appreciate working with someone that listened to my needs, heard my concerns, and found the right fit for me. This is my first time buying a new vehicle, the staff at Rountree Moore made it a good experience.

While in the process of purchasing this vehicle, I had several phone conversations with the sales manager who kept referring to me as Bubba after telling him my name was not Bubba. They say one thing and mean something that is totally different from what is discussed. Tanner did good until other employees took over everything went downhill from there right now still waiting on confirmation about Todd the financial advisor statement but still no truth in what was stated.
Still waiting on the corrected financial papers after 31 days. Todd Reaves is absolutely the most difficult person to deal with. I purchased the car and my name is Kathy Smart. This survey went to my daughter who is a co-signer and I receive no information for my car.
