Unfortunately we overlooked (probably due to the sunlight) the dent in the hood of the truck during delivery which I noticed when I got home. I notified Rountree and they offered to repair if I brought back to the dealership but I asked can we find someone local to repair it at their cost because that would be a 250 mile round trip. Unhappy with the car and did not like being limited to what was available for me to see. I was looking for a older suv or pickup. I was an hour from home , my car broke down as soon as I hit lake city. Stranded. I felt under stress and coerced I am looking for a way to cancel the nightmare. .

They also showed special consideration for my trade-in, understanding that there was some emotional attachment involved, and they treated the situation with respect and compassion. Truthfully since the Morgan Group has taken over the car lots in Lake City I have had a poor opinion of the franchise. I had three bad experiences with them. The first was at the Chevrolet dealers lot. The second time was when they had the Toyota dealer. Due to these poor interactions, my wife and I decided to go to Gainesville and we went to the Honda dealer which later we found out the Morgan Group bought that franchise.
